What skin types are your products suitable for?

Our products are formulated to suit a range of skin types, including normal, oily, dry, combination, and sensitive skin. Each product indicates the ideal skin type.

How will I know which products are right for me?

Each product will indicate the ideal skin type so you can create your ideal regime. In addition, we created bundle packages that targets different skin types to make the selection choice easier!

Product Usage & Routine

In what order should I use your products?

Generally, apply products in this order:

AM: cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer w/ sunscreen

PM: cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer

How often should I exfoliate with your products?

We recommend exfoliating 1-3 times per week, depending on your skin type and the product’s intensity. Over-exfoliating can lead to irritation.

How long will it take to see results?

While some users notice immediate hydration or smoothing, most results become visible within 4-6 weeks of consistent use.

Shipping and Returns

How can I track my shipping?

After you place your order and your package has been sent, SKIF will send you an email with your tracking number.

What is your return policy?
SKIF allows customer to return products within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Here are some key points:
 
Return Window: Products can be returned within 60 days from the received date.
 
Refund: Customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
